What You’ll Be Doing
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in producing accurate and competitive costings for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects, ensuring smooth handover into sales and delivery.- Produce detailed costings for joinery items and installation works
- Ensure all qualifications, assumptions, and exclusions are clearly documented
- Review drawings and specifications to support accurate pricing
- Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors as required
- Attend virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom calls) to run through projects with designers
- Manage and track samples for projects, including ordering and coordination
- Prepare and hand over costings to the sales team
- Conduct cost comparisons to support value-driven pricing decisions
- Support material selection and specification at pre-contract stage
- Maintain accurate documentation and support project workflows
- Good administration and strong communication skills
- Passion or strong interest in interiors, joinery, or furniture manufacturing
- Proficient in numeracy, Excel, and professional email communication
- Ability to read drawings with basic understanding of joinery materials and finishes
- Practical awareness of joinery or furniture construction processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to work under pressure and meet client deadlines
- Confident liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Driven, committed, and eager to learn and grow
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
