Posted on 20 April 2026- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction in overseeing daily departmental operations
- Supervise and manage staff, drivers and equipment operators to ensure optimal productivity and compliance with company policies
- Plan, develop and implement dispatch schedules for heavy equipment and trucks including task assignments for drivers and operators
- Monitor and evaluate driver and operator performance, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, timeliness and industry standards
- Oversee vehicle and equipment utilization while enforcing full compliance with safety regulations and applicable legal requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 2 years supervisory experience in construction logistics, transportation or dispatch operations
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards within the construction industry
