A Liaison Officer acts as the primary point of contact between two or more organizations, government agencies, or groups, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination. They build relationships, foster transparency, and facilitate smooth operations, often handling administrative tasks and resolving conflicts to ensure project success
Communication Bridge: Facilitates, maintains, and improves relationships between parties (e.g., government agencies and private firms)
External Coordination: Coordinates with external entities like regulatory bodies (e.g., DOLE, SEC, LGU) and stakeholders, particularly in specialized roles like Public Liaison.
Administrative Support: Handles documentation, maintains records, and manages paperwork essential to projects or legal compliance.
Problem Resolution: Acts as a negotiator to resolve issues, ensuring smooth collaboration.Resource Coordination:
Helps in navigating or accessing resources, including personnel or physical assets
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of any related course
- With experience in liaison, field work, or document processing
- Familiar with Metro Manila for QC and Makati routes and government agency procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
