Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Senior Associate to support monthly financial reporting and budget management processes. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in Excel, comfortable working with financial data, and confident asking questions to ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and organize financial data to actualize the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statement
- Update and maintain the financial model to produce a rolling one-month-ahead outlook
- Process internal requests to update budgetary requirements via the company’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system
- Prepare simple variance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget, highlighting key drivers
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, functions, data manipulation) required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting support required (senior associate level)
- Comfortable working with budgets, financial models, and reporting cycles
- Sociable, collaborative, and proactive. Willing to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
