About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. This role requires strong leadership in recruitment execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver consistent hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across technical, non-technical, and operational positions
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies to meet aggressive recruitment targets
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to align workforce needs
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters to ensure team productivity and hiring efficiency
• Drive participation in job fairs, campus hiring, and bulk recruitment initiatives
• Maintain and optimize talent pipelines using various sourcing platforms and tools
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements to enhance delivery and quality of hire
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Proven experience in high-volume or bulk hiring environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling multiple requisitions under tight timelines
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms)
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
