Associate Recruiter (Hybrid)

About the role

As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and development of our organization.

• Proactively source and screen candidates for a variety of open positions, utilising various recruitment channels and platforms
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and continuously monitor candidate progress
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal recruitment policies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices

• 6 months -3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms to source and screen candidates
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide a seamless candidate experience
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
