Job Description

• Oversee daily operations across departments.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic initiatives to address them.
• Report regularly to senior management on operational progress and challenges.

• Fluent in English and Chinese. Proficiency is an advantage
• Excellent in planning and knows the whole operation in all branches
• Strong knowledge in truck operations, machinery, and technical aspects
