Facilities Management Engineer

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Facilities Management Engineer to join our Plant and Facility Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Facilities Management Engineer is a member of the Facilities Management Section that manages innovation of the company's Mechanical System to elevate into extraordinary new heights. In this role, you are expected to envision and lead Mechanical Engineering Projects and Innovations that adhere to both government and company standards.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Keep our mechanical As-Built Drawings current by updating them as changes occur.
• Make connections outside of TMP to stay updated on the latest developments in mechanical technology and safety improvements.
• Tackle emergency repairs and perform root cause analysis of mechanical issues.
• Conduct Reports and Factory Acceptance Tests on new mechanical equipment from suppliers before they are shipped to TMP.

Skills required:

• With over one year of dedicated experience in mechanical equipment such as: Compressors, Chillers, Pumps
• Able to do Mechanical Analysis to support Internal Customers.
• Sound knowledge in As-builts and Mechanical Tech Diagrams.
• Expertly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adept at using technical software like AutoCAD and PLC (plus factor).
• Possess the ability to communicate with clarity and impact.
• Equipped with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A tenacious team player.
