Key responsibilities
- Processing and verifying invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Recording financial transactions in the accounting system and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including payment processing and collections
- Preparing bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
- Filing and organising financial documents in accordance with company procedures and regulations
- Supporting the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Managing and maintaining expense reports and reimbursement requests
- Responding to finance-related enquiries from internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Performing general administrative duties to support the finance department
- College Graduate
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain accuracy when processing financial data
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Previous experience as an accounts clerk or in a similar finance administrative role is advantageous
