About the Role

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and highly adaptable Finance Officer to support the full spectrum of finance operations. This role provides broad exposure across financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who is eager to expand beyond a specialized function and develop into a well-rounded finance leader. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance leaders, gain exposure to strategic financial initiatives, and build the capabilities required to take on greater responsibilities as the organization grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
  • Process and monitor accounts payable, vendor payments, statutory remittances, and cash disbursements.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, including billing, collections, Statements of Account, aging reports, and revenue reconciliations.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and assist in treasury and banking transactions.
  • Support budget preparation, financial analysis, variance reporting, and management reporting.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related matters efficiently.
  • Support external and internal audit requirements and maintain effective financial controls.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple finance functions and participating in cross-functional finance projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • CPA designation is an advantage but not required.
  • At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.
  • Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, or general accounting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset, learning agility, and the willingness to develop expertise across multiple finance functions.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
