The IBEX Data Analyst is responsible for assisting the sales and operations teams to distribute reports, analyze trends, and create efficiencies in our reporting, all to help the teams make smarter, data-backed decisions. This will be done while consistently practicing the company core values.We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to build, manage, and optimize our reporting infrastructure using ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Power BI. This analyst will play a critical role in developing automated reporting pipelines, real-time dashboards, and KPI tracking systems for our marketing, call center, technician performance, and financial operations.
