JOB SUMMARY:
The operations support officer I oversees the processing of healthcare membership enrollment, cancellation, and replacement endorsements. He is also responsible for

the overall monitoring, analizing, and reconciling of utilization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processes healthcare membership enrollment, cancellation, and replacement endorsements within the given timeframe.
  • Provides management team & Clients) trends and insights on membership movement through the monitoring of healthcare membership enrollment, cancellation, and replacement.
  • Sends updated master list to the clients every renewal.
  • Collects and files the Official Receipts submitted by the accredited network providers to Amaphil and reconciles this against the total utilization.
  • Monitor funds and utilization of accounts under the claims management program.
  • Sends enrollment, cancellation, and replacement endorsements for billing processing to the billing officer within the given timeframe.
  • Report Management

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: College degree in Finance Management, Accounting or any related course.
  • Work Experiencers: One (1) year of opera)ons experience in the healthcare industry or any related work experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills - Ability to convey, persuade and negotiate information and ideas to individuals or groups
  • Knowledge - Understanding and awareness of the organization, its services, policies, procedures, relevant laws that affect the business, rules and regulations.
  • Ability to demonstrate and apply this knowledge in the performance of administrative support tasks.
  • Ability to explain and interpret information to clients.
  • Problem Solving - Ability to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; determines course of action; develops appropriate solutions.
  • Planning and Organizing - Ability to develop ideas into plans of action and to coordinate the ac)ons through implementation.
  • Communication - Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal form; ability to edit work, adjusting language or terminology as appropriate; ability to use correct grammar, organization, and structure.
  • Information/Records Administration - Ability to compile, organize, and analyze printed and electronic informa)on. Ability to apply knowledge of data research afield analysis.
