About the role

F-Tech S&F (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Santo Tomas City Batangas. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential bookkeeping and accounting support to our small practice. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and reporting.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing invoices and other financial documents
Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling bank statements and performing regular account reconciliations
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance departments as needed

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
