KOL/Influencer Partnerships Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Build and maintain a strong and organized KOL database
- Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, and deliverables
- Create influencer briefs and guide content direction
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of campaign outputs
- Track campaign performance (views, engagement, conversions)
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to execute campaigns
- 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with the Philippine influencer ecosystem
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset
- Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Existing network of influencers / KOLs
- Experience in gaming, live streaming, or entertainment industry
- Passion for social media trends and content creation
