Travel Operations Manager

ATPI Travel is on the lookout for a strategic Operations Manager to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

The Operations Manager is responsible for effective and inspiring operational and commercial management. Demonstrates change management experience where skills persuades and influences others to yield exceptional results.

Develops, designs, implements, and maintains client service specifications aligned to the identified needs of target market sectors in conjunction with ATPI’s vision for global customer servicing.

1. Directs MNL operations in accordance with company standards and legal/compliance protocols following both local and international processes.
2. Actively participates in the acquisition and retention of clients.
3. Develops budget and annual business plans through working with each country using the MNL service.
4. Continually identifies employee development needs and determine appropriate methods of addressing these needs.
5. Ensures systems and processes are in place and are routinely used to monitor the quality of output and the quality of the service experience for all departments.
6. Implements, monitors, and develops operational plans and provides senior management with regular and accurate information.
7. Provides monthly reports on the activities and performance of the MNL operations.
8. Manages the operational resource of the company to maximum efficiency.
9. Maintain a positive working environment and nurtures a culture of high performance.

1. Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Travel/Tourism or any related courses
2. Experience:

• At least 10 years’ experience in an airline and/or major travel agency and 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Cultural awareness of and dealing with other nationalities
• Excellent understanding of GDS, online booking tools, other related travel applications, and implementation are necessary.
