Instructional Designer | ONSITE Synergis IT Center | URGENT

We are seeking a Learning Designer to develop creative, data-driven training materials that elevate employee performance across various accounts. You'll design eLearning modules, instructional guides, and interactive content aligned with business needs using best-in-class tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to training development
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to design eLearning modules, infographics, simulations, and instructor-led content
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance gaps and feedback
• Build and publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant content for LMS
• Develop multimedia assets (videos, animations, visual guides) to improve engagement
• Analyze learner data and post-training evaluations to refine learning content
• Ensure learning experiences align with KPIs and BPO campaign goals

Qualifications:

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in learning content creation or eLearning development
• Strong knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS functionality
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and performance-based design
• Experience working with BPO set up
