Job Overview:
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide technical and customer service support for our internet café and self-service kiosks. The ideal candidate will assist customers with login issues, troubleshoot system problems, and ensure kiosks and self-checkout stations remain operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire proficiency in two proprietary kiosk systems to effectively support customer needs.
- Access remote servers via ScreenConnect to identify and resolve kiosk-related issues.
- Deliver phone-based assistance to customers using self-service kiosks.
- Regularly monitor kiosk status through a system map to maintain smooth operations.
- Verify that self-checkout stations are active and operating properly.
- Support users with email-to-print services and troubleshoot basic printing issues.
- Assist users with login problems, navigation, and general technical support.
- Address system downtimes promptly and escalate critical issues as required.
