Schedule: Morning shift

• Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. This role focuses primarily on digital marketing rather than web development.
• Social Media Management: Content creation and scheduling across platforms
• Content Development: Including basic graphic design (Canva acceptable; Adobe proficiency a plus)
• Website Maintenance: Basic updates and content management (WordPress experience required)
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Mailchimp
• Google Advertising: Experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• SEO and SEM: Basic knowledge acceptable; training available if needed

Qualification and requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital channels
• Digital Marketing Knowledge
• Understanding of SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving
• Ability to track, analyse, and interpret data to make informed decisions. Ability to think outside the box, find solutions, be open to feedback with a can do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with audiences and collaborating with teams.
• Technical Proficiency
• Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms (Microsoft Office Suite,
• Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, WooCommerce, NetSuite Suite Commerce, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Canva)
• Creativity and Strategic Thinking
• Create engaging and effective marketing content and identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to optimize campaigns. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Team Player
• Be a self-motivated, problem solver who can work independently, equally well collaborate within a team environment

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably within the industrial or electrical industry.
• Proven track record of planning, implementing, and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Excellent understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively
• with others.
• Degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Mailchimp

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
