Tire technician and technical product specialist

The Tire Technician / Technical Product Specialist is primarily responsible for performing professional tire inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services while also supporting the promotion and market awareness of Rema Tip Top tire repair and industrial product solutions.

This role combines hands-on technical expertise with digital engagement and product advocacy. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in tire servicing, safety standards, and industrial repair solutions, and is capable of creating engaging online content to educate customers and strengthen brand visibility across social media platforms.

1. Tire Service and Technical Operations

• Conduct tire inspection, mounting, balancing, rotation, alignment checks, and repair services according to company and industry safety standards.
• Diagnose tire wear patterns, punctures, and mechanical issues affecting tire performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all tire servicing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Provide technical recommendations and professional customer support regarding tire care and maintenance solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory monitoring, and reporting documentation.

1. Product Promotion and Technical Marketing Support

• Assist in promoting Rema Tip Top tire repair materials, industrial repair products, and related technical solutions to customers and business partners.
• Demonstrate proper application and usage of tire repair products and industrial maintenance solutions.
• Support product awareness campaigns by explaining product features, benefits, and technical advantages.
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
• Participate in product demonstrations, trade activities, and technical presentations when required.

• Create professional online content like, videos, reels, product demonstrations, tutorials, and educational materials related to tire repair and industrial products.
• Publish and manage content across company social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop engaging and informative posts that enhance customer awareness and promote company services and products.
• Monitor online engagement trends and contribute ideas for improving digital marketing performance.
• Ensure all online content aligns with company branding, professionalism, and technical accuracy.
