  • Direction & Goal Setting: Translates broader company goals into specific, actionable daily or weekly tasks for the team.
  • Task Delegation: Assigns projects based on individual strengths, skill levels, and team capacity.
  • Mentorship & Training: Onboards new hires and provides ongoing coaching to improve team performance and bridge skill gaps.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Addresses and resolves workplace conflicts promptly to maintain a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Reporting: Communicates progress, bottlenecks, and results to upper management.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Male or Female.
  • College level.
  • At least has relevant experience as team leader in convenience store.
  • No visible tattoo.
  • Willing to be trained.
  • Willing on shifting schedule.
