Position Title: Virtual Assistant / Account Manager (Part-Time)
Work Set-up: Work-from-Home
Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (PH Time)
Work Hours: 20 hours per week
Observed Holidays: Follows Australian Holidays (as applicable)
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Account Manager to provide remote administrative and account support for a growing construction business in Australia. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Managing Director and handle various day-to-day administrative tasks including inbox management, invoicing, purchase order preparation, record maintenance, and technician scheduling.
This part-time role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and previous administrative experience—particularly within fast-paced or construction-related environments.
Responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant / Account Manager:
- Manage Gmail inboxes for both admin and accounts
- Prepare, send, and update invoices and purchase orders
- Maintain accurate records of clients, suppliers, and associated data
- Schedule technicians and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications as a Virtual Assistant / Account Manager:
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role
- Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Proactive and hands-on with a strong sense of accountability
Preferred but Not Required:
- Previous experience supporting Australian clients
- Background in the Australian construction industry
