Position Overview:
Aldev Land is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant Manager to join our team in Banilad, Cebu City. This role plays a vital part in the assessment and development of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with market trends, company goals, and operational standards.
We're looking for someone with a background in accounting and at least two years of experience in the real estate industry, capable of handling feasibility analysis, coordination across departments, and on-ground project support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project concepts and planning strategies based on market research, buyer demand, and company objectives
- Conduct feasibility assessments, including market analysis, cost projections, revenue modeling, and ROI evaluations
- Support due diligence processes for land acquisition, including document review, site validation, and coordination with legal teams
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor developments, and government infrastructure plans to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Construction, and Legal departments to ensure cohesive project execution
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, brokers, local government units (LGUs), and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project timelines, budget performance, and deliverables, and coordinate solutions for any issues or delays
- Perform regular site inspections to validate progress, assess potential risks, and ensure alignment with approved plans
- Assist in evaluating potential joint venture opportunities or strategic partnerships
- Coordinate and prepare materials for internal project approvals, investment memos, and executive presentations
- Maintain organized records of project documentation, contracts, permits, and communications for audit and compliance
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the Business Development Manager or Project Development Head
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in real estate or project development
- Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with permits, real estate documentation, and development planning is a plus
