ACCOUNTING HEAD
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, month‑end/year‑end close, tax compliance, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.
- Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls, accounting systems, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee regulatory and statutory reporting, including all tax filings and related disclosures.
- Review and manage tax returns prior to submission and payment.
- Lead and manage BIR tax audits, assessments, and related correspondence.
- Implement tax plans, strategies, and accounting policies to optimize compliance and tax efficiency.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Tax Consultant/Technician is an advantage
- At least 8–10 years of combined accounting and tax experience
- Well‑versed in the latest accounting technologies and systems.
- Experience in the F&B industry is a plus
- Proven team leader with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate an accounting team
