Job Description

• Work with our wholesale billing system to ensure accurate and timely delivery of billing processes
• Prepare and issue sales invoices in accordance with the company’s billing schedule
• Collaborate with internal teams to review and approve non-standard invoices or invoices for new clients
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Generate and maintain reports to monitor collections and identify overdue accounts
• Actively chase outstanding payments to reduce aged debt
• Assist with ad hoc billing and collections tasks as needed
• Support wider finance projects and initiatives as required

• Prior experience in billing and/or accounts is essential
• Experience in debt management and invoicing

• Understanding of billing platforms is a strong advantage
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
