Assistant Events Coordinator (1 Vacancy)

Job Description:

The role of an Assistant Events Coordinator provides clerical and operational support to senior coordinators, and carries out various functions in ensuring that an event runs smoothly. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with clients in order to find out their needs;
  • Maintains records on event activities, progress, or status;
  • Coordinates activities to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate events procedures and specifications;
  • Secures event venue;
  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of events’ merchandise and logistics;
  • Work closely with senior events coordinator in the preparation of financial report of the events.
  • With at least 1 year of experience or more in events management.
