Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of Singapore project experience; or a Diploma in the same field with equivalent Singapore project experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant BIM modeling experience

• Proficient in CP 83
• Strong knowledge of architectural and structural disciplines
• Singapore project experience as a contractor or subcontractor BIM Modeler/BIM Coordinator preferred
• Thorough understanding of the Singapore BIM Guide
• Knowledge of VDC guidelines and BIM coordination methodologies
• Familiarity with Singapore technical guides for architectural works

• Proficient in Revit and Archicad for architectural and structural modeling
• Proficient in Navisworks or equivalent BIM coordination software
• Ability to read technical drawings across multiple disciplines
• Familiarity with Autodesk FORMA and BIMcloud

• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Eagerness to learn with effective communication skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships

• Develop construction models based on the Singapore BIM Guide, client requirements, and project schedules provided by the BIM Lead.
• Report and coordinate clashes and discrepancies during trade construction model development using BIM coordination software to identify multidisciplinary clashes in compiled models.
• Produce architectural and structural shop drawings, including G.A., TSO, WSO, and CBP drawings, and secure approvals at least one month ahead of each construction phase.
• Prepare Facility Management (FM) models by incorporating FM data according to client requirements, specified formats, and project schedules.
• Prepare accurate as-built models in accordance with employer requirements.
