Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, at least 2 of which in a supervisorial capacity.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain and Market Dynamics.
  • 3-4 years’ experience as a Purchasing Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
