What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to person for our clients, guiding projects from start to finish.
- Shape project strategies and ensure maximum value delivery.
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring across all phases (scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, supply, vendors, stakeholders).
- Keep projects on track with advanced reporting and analytics tools.
- Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Resolve challenges swiftly and keep things running smoothly.
Who You Are:
- An Engineer, Project Management or related graduate (license is a plus!).
- Experienced in telecom (2+ years) with a solid background in project and people management (1+ year).
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
- Willing to work on field (Mindanao Area).
- A goal-oriented, tech-savvy team player who takes initiative.
- Knowledgeable about industry best practices and regulations.
- A skilled decision-maker with strong leadership and supervision abilities.
