WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTING / FINANCE INTERN!
Offers a hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, financial recordkeeping, and administrative support.
What you'll do:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions accurately and promptly
- Support the team in preparing invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Help maintain and organize financial records, receipts, and supporting documents (physical and digital files)
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring, including tracking due dates and payment status
- Perform data entry and validation in accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports, summaries, and schedules
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting team as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Graduating students or recent graduates of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any business-related course
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
- Willing to report on-site in Marikina City
