Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure effective financial procedures and a culture of continuous learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an Accounting/Finance Manager, ideally in the financial sector.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Accounting/Finance Manager is required.
- Proficiency in finance software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Experience with any ERP system is acceptable for this role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and lead teams effectively.
