- Financial Recording & Reporting: Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements), manage ledgers, process invoices, and handle bank reconciliations.
- Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience with proficiency in multiple accounting software platforms.
- Analysis & Budgeting: Analyze income/expenses, create budgets/forecasts, and provide insights to management.
- Educational Qualification: CPA qualification required.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and timely tax submissions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Philippine tax and regulatory compliance experience is mandatory.
- Transaction Management: Oversee accounts payable (bills) and accounts receivable (client payments), manage payroll, and process refunds.
- Auditing: Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.
- Audit Experience: Extensive audit experience is expected.
- Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve financial procedures, reduce costs, and boost revenue.
