Finance Supervisor (Manufacturing) New

The job is based in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day general accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements and tax filings, including BIR LOAs
• Monitor and maintain accuracy of financial statements, ledgers, and documentation
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and recommend improvements when necessary
• Coordinate with auditors and external regulatory bodies as needed
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to maintain team performance and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• With at least 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of general accounting practices, financial regulations, and BIR processes, particularly in handling LOAs
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Confident and professional demeanor with a strong command of written and spoken English and Filipino
