Job Description

• Directly responsible for the areas of Production / Inventory Control, Planning and Receiving , Shipping, Packaging and Warehousing, Inventory levels and revenue forecast execution.
• Performed work operations within material standard operating procedure, policies and goals within production control and directly related operations involving planning and scheduling, expediting, inventory control, customer order filling and release and company billing operations.
• Analyze all phases of WIP (work in process) and make judgements regarding work force adjustments and follow up action.
• He will develop changes where production control and related policies and procedures are inadequate and ensure all required processes are documented and up to date and all assigned personnel are trained to the released procedures.
• Over all management of Production Control.

• Must be College Graduate preferably Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Leadership, Management, Communication Skills, Presentation Skill, and Negotiation Skills
• Results - oriented, stable under pressure and able to motivate others
• Working experience in Japanese Manufacturing Company is an advantage
• Strong and remarkable work ethics and integrity
• Can speak and understand Japanese and English language
