Operations Analyst

Prepares relevant Operations Information Reports (i.e weekly dashboard, monthly metrics) by collecting, gathering, and summarizing data.
- Determines appropriate methods and techniques to analyze relevant Operations information and data.
- Apply statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modelling to analyze current procedures.
- Gather information for analysis and analyzing that information to develop solution to the problem.
- Provides information visibility through timely data collection and analysis.
- Partners with Operations Management Team and Officers in ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Assist operations team in formulating departmental reports, performing analysis and data reconciliation.
- Collaborates with the operations team to provide quick responses to the problem.
- Formulates and develops relevant and appropriate reports needed for the team.
- Researches latest analytics tools and techniques to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by the head.
