Overview
The RPX Operations Analyst I supports RPX Operations by managing operational tasks, vendor relationships, and process improvements. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.RPX Operations Analyst I will take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of RPX Operations.
Job Description- Operational Ownership & Timeliness: Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring all deliverables are completed within defined SLAs and expected timelines.
- Lead Management: Manage and track vendor leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation within agreed SLA.
- Application Review: Prepare spreadsheets for reviews of vendor applications and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
- Security Assessment Coordination: Organize and monitor vendor security assessments for compliance.
- API Package Setup: Assist in the setup and integration of API packages with third-party vendors.
- Client Request Review: Product request summaries and follow up with stakeholders.
- Billing Setup: Assist with billing setup for new vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Billing Inquiry Support: Assist with billing inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Vendor Offboarding: Support the vendor offboarding process, ensuring all steps are completed.
- Project Support: Assist with vendor implementation projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.- Ability to communicate professionally in English in writing and verbally.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track work and follow processes consistently.
- Commitment to meeting SLAs, maintaining documentation, and completing tasks on time.
- Experience with API integrations and vendor management is a bonus.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
