Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files
  • Ensure proper document numbering, formatting, and version control
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents
  • Track, distribute, and archive controlled documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update documentation
  • Monitor compliance with document control policies
  • Assist in audits by providing requested records and logs
  • Perform data encoding, scanning, and labeling of documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in document control, office administration, or records management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with document control systems or software is a plus
