Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead Design, deploy, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Optimize cloud resource usage to improve performance and cost efficiency
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Terraform or Azure DevOps
• Automate application deployments, configuration management, and updates
• Ensure zero-downtime deployments and rollback strategies
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Splunk, Grafana, Azure AppInsights or Dynatrace
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime
• Enforce cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply security patches
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operations
• Manage configuration using GitHub, GitHub Actions and Terraform
• Implement auto-scaling and self-healing architectures
• Deploy and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE) with autoscaling and service mesh
• Optimize container networking, storage, and security
• Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices
• Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps
• Promote DevOps culture through automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon Connect (AWS), Google AI (voice bots), Azure
• 10+ years of IT experience on contact center or Genesys IVR
• 3+ years of experience working on Monitoring tools like Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace APM monitoring and setup
• 3+ years of experience in operations in contact center services.
• 2+ years of Public Cloud (Azure, Google, AWS) experience
• 3+ year of Jenkins CI/CD experience
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
• 1+ years of experience with at least 1 scripting language such as Perl, Python or PowerShell
• 2+ years of monitoring enterprise application applications in both Azure, Google, AWS as well as on prem data centers
• 1+ years of experience with programmatic interaction with a relational database
• Solid knowledge on Linux/Unix

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Application and Security logging experience
