Job Description
Posted on 30 April 2026- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure items match purchase orders and are free from damage.
- Record and document received goods accurately in inventory systems or logbooks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff regarding discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.
- Organize and store received products in designated areas following proper handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the receiving area and assist in inventory counts when needed.
- At least high school graduate or with relevant warehouse/logistics experience
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately check deliveries against invoices or purchase orders
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move items when needed
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping
- Honest, responsible, and able to handle goods and documents properly
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision and coordinate with suppliers and staff
