Marketing Assistant (Market Research)

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to guide strategic decisions in real estate development. You’ll help us stay ahead of trends, understand consumer preferences, and identify growth opportunities across the Philippine property landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research on real estate trends, competitors, and target demographics.
• Gather data on pricing, availability, demand, and location performance for residential properties.
• Analyze government reports, real estate listings, market studies, and demographic data relevant to the Philippine real estate market.
• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of feasibility studies for new projects.
• Coordinate with brokers, local government units, and industry groups to obtain and validate market information.
• Monitor key economic indicators (e.g., inflation, interest rates, property taxes) and assess their impact on the market.
• Support marketing campaigns by providing insights into customer preferences and behavior.
• Help maintain and update a central database of market intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or any related field.
• Knowledge of the Philippine real estate industry is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
