About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team at COPIERONLINE PHILIPPINES INC'. This full-time role is based in 165 Kamias Road, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting operations of the company.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting records
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly closings
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function
- Provide training and support to junior members of the accounting team
- Degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the accounting/finance function
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
