Payroll Accounting Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise daily accounting functions, including general ledger, store transactions, and payroll accounting.
Review and ensure accuracy of store-level financial data and payroll records.
Prepare and present periodic financial and operational reports to management.
Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory regulations.
Develop and enforce accounting controls and procedures for stores and payroll processing.
Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to enhance performance and accuracy.
Collaborate with HR and Store Operations teams to streamline payroll and store-related accounting processes.
Support internal and external audits related to store and payroll accounting.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in store accounts and payroll transactions.
