Assistant Admin and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Management
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
  • Manage company documentation, records, and filing systems.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support departments.
  • Ensure efficient use of office resources and facilities.
  1. Compliance Management
  • Ensure company compliance with government regulations, permits, and licenses.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and reports.
  1. Policy and Procedure Implementation
  • Develop and update administrative and compliance policies.
  • Implement internal control systems to reduce operational risks.
  • Ensure company SOPs are properly implemented.
  1. Audit and Risk Management
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and inspections.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor regulatory changes affecting the organization.
  1. Training and Awareness
  • Train employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in administration, compliance, regulatory affairs, or office management.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, knowledge of regulatory compliance, policy development, documentation management, auditing, leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Compliance management training, internal audit certification, or business/legal compliance certification.
