Accounting and Taxation Associate Manager
provides after sale repair and maintenance services for Apple products.
Finance & Accounting Associate Manager will be responsible for monitoring the creation of monthly, quarterly, annual reports. Besides, Finance & Accounting Associate Manager ensures financial information recorded accurately and manage accounting activities including General ledger and Taxation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Tax and Regulatory
Daily Tasks- Supervises the two liaison personnel in processing permits and licenses.
- Application of COR
- Application of ATP (for sales invoice and collection receipt)
- Brgy Clearance to Business Permit processing
- NTC Permit application
- OMB Permit application
- Coordinates with Project and Development for the Bldg. and Occupancy Permit (requirement for Business Permit)
- Coordinate with Business Development for the contract of lease and Capitalization (requirement for COR application)
- Coordinate with Tax Team of MAP Active for the contact person who will assist in processing the permits of the stores to be opened in faraway provinces (Visayas and Mindanao)
Weekly Task

Monthly Tasks
Filing and remittance of Wtx (Expanded, Final and Compensation)
Filing of VAT Return
Submission of sales report generated per store from POS to BIR eSALES

Minimum Job Requirement- Education – Bachelor degree majoring in Finance, Accounting
- Experience – Min 5 years of experience at the same role at multi-national company, especially tax experience.
- Special skills – Good interpersonal skills, effective verbal & written communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan personal workload and delegate effectively.
