HR Generalist (Payroll)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Processing and handling of payroll and mandatory government benefits
• Monitor attendance, leave, and timekeeping
• End to end recruitment process: such as job posting, screening of applicants, and initial interview
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Maintain employee records and HR documents

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field (Latin Honors is a plus)
• At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in HR, preferably in multiple HR facets such as compensation and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Labor laws and processing of government mandatory benefits.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
