Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment for diverse hospitality roles (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Kitchen), ensuring we are staffed with service-minded professionals.
  • Organizational Design: provide inputs to improve organizational design and enhance employee roles.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Regularly evaluate employee compensation and movement. Monitor and update employee benefits.
  • Timekeeping & Compensation Support: Oversee daily timekeeping, manage shifting schedules, and coordinate closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate regular performance evaluations and identify training opportunities to help our staff grow within the hospitality industry.
  • Training & Development: Support the development of human capital by coordinating training programs and conducting training needs assessment.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve grievances with fairness, and implement morale-boosting programs to maintain a high-retention environment.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or any other related field
  • With atleast 2 years experience as HR Generalist
  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
