About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team at our North Fairview location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and facilitating the professional development of our workforce.

In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between company objectives and employee development. You will support the delivery of HR initiatives whilst championing a learning culture that empowers employees to build their skills and advance their careers.

This position is essential to maintaining our commitment to employee engagement and organisational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and deliver employee training programmes, including onboarding, compliance training, and professional development workshops
  2. Assist in the design, development and implementation of training curricula tailored to departmental and organisational needs
  3. Maintain accurate training records, track employee development progress and generate training reports for management review
  4. Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
  5. Assist with the administration of HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters
  6. Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted training solutions
  7. Liaise with external training providers and manage training contracts and vendor relationships
  8. Support performance management initiatives and facilitate employee feedback mechanisms
  9. Maintain HR documentation, databases and filing systems in compliance with data protection regulations
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention
What we're looking for
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  2. Bachelor's degree in any field will be considered acceptable for candidates with relevant experience
  3. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, training coordination or a similar HR generalist role
  4. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and workplace compliance requirements
  5. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programmes to diverse employee groups
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
  7. Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
  8. Experience with any established HRIS system is acceptable, with training provided for specific platform used
  9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion
  11. Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
  12. Preferred experience in employee relations, talent development or HR consulting within the Philippines
