About the role

Become the trusted right hand of the CEO of a construction project management company. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic objectives and day-to-day operations of our organization. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar, schedule meetings, and provide high-level administrative support
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other important documents
  • Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and business travel for the CEO
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence and inquiries
  • Provide project management support for strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Research and compile information to support the CEO's decision-making process
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
What we're looking for
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management software
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
