About the role
VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC.' is seeking a skilled and dedicated Preventive Maintenance Service Technician (Elevator Industry) to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our clients' elevator systems.
What you'll be doing- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on elevator systems to identify and address any potential issues
- Troubleshooting and repairing elevator malfunctions, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of problems
- Documenting all maintenance activities and service calls, providing detailed reports to management
- Collaborating with other technicians and the wider team to share knowledge and best practices
- Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and procedures to protect yourself and others
- Providing exceptional customer service and serving as a polite and professional representative of the company
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preventive Maintenance Service Technician or in a similar role within the elevator industry
- Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of elevator issues
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and a commitment to workplace health and safety
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- A reliable, detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to work
