Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of simulators, electronic devices, audio/video equipment, and related training systems. The role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently to support training operations.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simulators, audio/video systems, electronic appliances, and related equipment
- Provide technical assistance and support for simulators and training-related software
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections and report any malfunction or repair concerns involving office equipment, training tools, and building facilities
- Update maintenance service reports, inspection logs, and related technical documentation
- Troubleshoot and repair computer, networking, and electronic system issues
- Support the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System and Performance Management System
- Perform maintenance service requests and other related duties assigned by the Maintenance Section Head and Maintenance and Service Coordinator
- Uphold company policies, corporate culture, and core values at all times
- Graduate of BS Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any related course
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience in simulator support, technical maintenance, or related work
- Knowledgeable in computer networking, computer servicing, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair is required
- Familiar with current trends in electronics and IT technologies
- Certification in NCII for CSS, Cisco, CompTIA, MCSE, or related certifications is an advantage
- Willing to perform field and on-site maintenance work when necessary
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of computer systems, networking, and electronics repair
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling maintenance records and reports
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
- Reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious
- Able to manage multiple maintenance tasks and meet deadline
