Field Service Engineer Supervisor

Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of field service supervision or any other equivalent experience
- Familiar with the semiconductor industry manufacturing process
- Must have strong familiarity on a semiconductor molding technology
- Should be able to interact and develop relationships with the sales department, customers, and TOWA management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in use of MS-Office products
- Knowledge on Autocad/ Solidworks is a plus points.
- Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality
- Team Supervision & Leadership – Monitor FSE team members daily tasks and schedule prioritization for Field Service Engineers (FSE)
- Monitor performance and provide guidance to FSE team members.
- Ensure strong adherence to TOWA PH company policies
- Set an example of professionalism, ethics, and work quality
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Track FSE job status, escalate delays, and coordinate resources as required
- Ensure that FSE provide excellent service and maintain positive client relationships
- Conduct site visits to support FSE and verify work quality
- Report and investigate incidents, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
- FSE Tools & Equipment Management- Ensure FSE have the necessary tools and equipment
- FSE Training & Development- Onboard new staff and conduct continuous training and identify training needs of every FSE team members
- Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate records of field activity, time logs, and service reports
